  Mascara, eyeliner, and oils can affect retention and application.

  • Avoid caffeine before your appointment if possible.
  This helps minimize eye fluttering and allows for a smoother service.

  • Please remove contact lenses before your appointment if you have sensitive eyes.

  • Arrive on time.
  A 15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled.

  • No extra guests unless approved beforehand.
  This keeps the environment calm, relaxing, and professional for all clients.

  • Please silence your phone during your appointment so you can fully relax ♡

  • If you are feeling sick, experiencing eye irritation, or have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Foreign fills must be approved beforehand.
  Please send clear photos of your current lashes before booking.

  • Lash aftercare is extremely important.
  Proper cleansing and maintenance help keep your lashes healthy and fluffy longer.
